High Note
We’re committed to making every one of our locations the Provider of Choice in the community that they serve by demonstrating an unmatched ability to meet our guests’ needs and offering them a consistently high level of quality care.
Accommodations
Each room is designed for both comfort and functionality, and is decorated and furnished with a cottage-like atmosphere. Cable TV and WiFi are available to keep our guests connected.
Dining
Dining is an extremely important part of everyone’s day. Our meals are prepared by our chef, and a variety of dining rooms are also available for our guests to enjoy.
Family Visits
Symphony Applewood has been designed for the convenience of the family as well as our guests. When normal visitation policies are in effect, there are no set visiting hours. You and your family are welcome to visit anytime. You will be given a family key to the direct entrance to the facility, meaning you and your visitors will not have to come through the main entrance. A No Set Visiting Hours policy is another Symphony Applewood choice and difference. Visitation is open to all, however, certain precautions are currently in place. Please contact us for more information regarding current visiting hours and safety guidelines.
Recreational Activities
A variety of activities and amenities are important to health and happiness. The Activities Department designs programs and entertainment that encourages the participation of not only our guests, but also their family members. Your calendar can stay as filled as you choose with arts & crafts, trivia, musical entertainment, exercise classes, religious services, and outings within community.
TRADITION
Symphony of Lights
Each year, Symphony Applewood lights up the holiday season with our Symphony of Lights drive through experience. Combining a dazzling electrical display with the philanthropic spirit of the holiday season, Symphony of Lights provides both smiles to our community and an annual donation to the local homeless shelter. In 2020, visitors donated adult mittens to our mitten tree and helped keep the community warm. Don’t miss the annual tradition each holiday season!
